Shipping Terms

This applies only to products listed as shippable via the store's shipping services or directly from the supplier. An increase in shipping costs may be added depending on the nature of the product if necessary.

Return terms

As for returning products, the return of products will only be accepted under certain conditions if the buyer receives the product in a state of serious damage or in violation of the required specifications, and this is documented by the buyer via a photo sent to the e-mail found on the store’s pages in the Contact Us section.
