Vendor terms of service

Welcome to Infinitysy.com, These “Terms” govern both sides Infinitysy.com and the registered vendor.

Terms of agreement

Commitments to product quality assurance

• The vendor bound to supply all presented goods or services on the com store to the client in its perfect condition as being published.
• In the event of any damage to the product, the supplier or seller will undertake all responsibility to replace it at their own expenses.
• The buyer should be provided with all necessary instructions and specifications on each product to ensure the quality and methods of use of the product.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you use Infinitysy.com, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Delivery

• If delivery is applicable from the vendor and unconsidered as an extra cost on the product then all delivery method will be the vendor responsibility for the product to reach the customer.
• If delivery cost need to be added on the product, the vendor should inform com by email/ phone about how the product should be shipped to the customer.

Pricing

• All products should be priced as to the lowest selling price the vendor sells or manufacture sells.
• All goods or products must be updated on a constant bases due to any change in price.
• com store is not responsible for any cost loses applies on any product if their cost price has been changed and not updated on Infinitysy.com store.
• Its advised that all product prices should be always attractable to the viewer so maintain more sales through our store. HINT (all published prices should be less than how its priced in local shops)
• Ways of payment and commission
• All goods or services being published on the store a commission from 1% to 10% will be applied based on type of the product being published from the seller, vendor or supplier

    • Cars & Bikes (sell) 1%
    • Cars (rent) 8%
    • Automotive parts & supplies 10%
    • Home Furniture, products & materials, outdoor & garden 8%
    • Beauty Cosmetics, health, supplements and others alike 12%
    • Tourism & travel 3%
    • Foods and Drinks 6%
    • Kids toys & gaming 8%
    • Business & industrial 5%
    • Building materials and others 7%
    • Clothing, style &accessories 8%
    • Electronics 6%
    • Sporting goods 8%
    • Jewellery & watches 8%
    • Pets & supplies 8%
    • Trade in all categories 7%
    • Office furniture and supplies, libraries, books, schools 8%

Note* any unmentioned category please email us to our sales department to specify the type of category and its commission for the specified product sales@infinitysy.com

• Payments will be transferred to the vendors bank account or in cash depending on availability
• All goods values will be invoiced to the vendor every 15^th day of each month.
• Commission will be automatically calculated and deducted from each product then invoiced to the vendor.

By accepting this agreement, the vendor acknowledges their understanding of the terms of doing business with Infinitysy.com and agrees to all above-mentioned terms at all times even if updated.
